we redid our pool after 22 years. From start to finish the experience was exciting and easy. We did delay our remodel so that we would not loose the swim season. However, once started Crystal was committed to our job and except for a few weather delays (we did this in the winter) everything went on schedule. Ali had wonderful design ideas to modernize our pool look. The service team was great and explained the process fully. As with any remodel we found other things to update to bring our pool up to date. Would highly recommend Crystal for a new pool or a remodel.
Had my pool fixed by Crystals, turned what I was quoted for from another local vendor from $2800 to $327. The technician, Jonah was very knowledgeable and very professional and explained everything to me. Even offered me several other tips not related to what he fixed for my own benefit. I would definitely use him again for any pool issues.
I called regarding having our pool evaluated pending our house going on the market. The folks at Crystal have been wonderful. They promptly came to the house, got the pumps running, did a thorough cleaning, and prepared us to put the house on the market. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!!

Crystal Pool is top notch. Technicians very good and knowledgeable. High recommend their service or repairs. Had filter pump replaced they were very quick to get the part and repair. Also took care of a couple other minor issues to keep pool running tip top.

Her design was just awesome and exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for a standard run of the mill pool, this might not be your choice of company. But if you care about seamless design, quality, safety, structure....they handle it all. Before even scheduling your design consult, they are very upfront about your minimum cost. They never try to sell you more than you need and are very honest about what is "extra" and what is base/required. As with any contractor, you need to be involved and check in on things, everyone is human and small things can be forgotten or missed, but Crystal Pools is very responsive and will make sure everything is done right. I like to ask questions and know the little details about the what's and why's, and my questions were ALWAYS answered. Once the pool was completed, the service dept takes over and stays with you for two weeks to make sure you understand how to care for your pool. ALL of the guys will answer and thoroughly explain any questions you have. This is my first pool and I am terrified of screwing it all up, and the guys made sure to go over things multiple times to make sure I understood everything. Our pool is so beautiful, I absolutely love it!
I gave Crystal Pools five stars. They have cleaned and cared for our pool and system for almost one full year. They are prompt, communicative, if they see issues they let us know, order the part and repair it for us almost immediately. In my mind, the company is superior and I am VERY picky.
